Data Deletion
Tayp gives you two ways to request deletion of your account and related data: directly inside the app, or by emailing our support team if you need confirmation or cannot access your account.
Delete your account in the app
Open Tayp, go to Settings, then Account, and choose Delete account.
This is the fastest way to remove your account from Tayp when you can still sign in normally.
Email us for deletion help or confirmation
If you cannot access the app, or if you want written confirmation that your account data has been removed, email support@mytayp.com.
Please include:
- Your Tayp username
- The email address tied to your account
- A short note that you want your Tayp account and data deleted
What to expect
Using the in-app delete option starts the account deletion flow from your device. If you email us, we may ask you to verify ownership of the account before we confirm deletion.
If you already deleted your account in the app and want to make sure your data is gone, send us an email from the same address used on the account and we can confirm the request status.
