Athlete Content & NIL License

This Athlete Content & Name, Image, and Likeness License ("License") explains how content uploaded by athletes is used on Tayp.

This License applies to all athletes who upload videos, images, or other media to the Tayp platform.

Ownership of Content and Likeness

Athletes retain full ownership of:
Their name, image, likeness, and voice
All videos, images, and media they upload
Any athletic performance captured in their content

Tayp does not claim ownership of athlete content or NIL rights.

License Granted to Tayp

By uploading content to Tayp, you grant Tayp a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to:
Host, store, and transcode your content
Display and stream your content on the Tayp platform
Make your content available to permitted users, including verified coaches and recruiters
Use your content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the platform

This license does not allow Tayp to sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit your content or likeness.

Purpose of Use

Your content may be displayed:
In public or semi-public athlete feeds
On your athlete profile
To verified coaches and recruiters for evaluation purposes

Tayp does not guarantee visibility, recruiting interest, scholarships, or athletic outcomes.

Content Removal and License Revocation

You may remove your content at any time through your account settings.

Upon removal, Tayp's license to that content ends, except for:
Temporary copies required for technical processing
Legal or compliance obligations

Representations and Responsibilities

By uploading content, you represent that:
You own or have permission to upload the content
The content does not violate the rights of others
Any individuals appearing in the content have provided consent

Uploading content without permission may result in removal or account termination.

Minors

If you are under 18, you represent that you have obtained permission from a parent or legal guardian to upload content and grant this license.

Parents or guardians may request review or removal of content by contacting Tayp support.

No Endorsement or Partnership

Use of athlete content on Tayp does not imply:
Sponsorship
Endorsement
Employment
Agency or representation relationship

Tayp is not an athlete agent and does not negotiate on behalf of athletes.
