Welcome to Tayp. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Tayp mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using Tayp, you agree to these Terms.

If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Tayp. If you are under 18, you represent that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use the Platform.

Tayp does not knowingly permit children under 13 to create accounts.

Accounts

You are responsible for:
Providing accurate information
Maintaining account security
All activity occurring under your account

Tayp may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Platform Purpose

Tayp is a content and discovery platform designed to showcase athletic performance and facilitate evaluation by coaches and recruiters.

Tayp does not guarantee recruitment, scholarships, roster placement, exposure, or athletic outcomes.

User Content

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including videos, images, and profile information.

By uploading content, you grant Tayp a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to host, display, stream, transcode, and distribute your content solely for operating and improving the Platform.

You may remove your content at any time.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:
Upload content you do not have rights to
Impersonate another person
Harass, exploit, or solicit minors
Circumvent platform safeguards
Use Tayp for unlawful or abusive purposes

Termination

Tayp may suspend or terminate access at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable law.

Tayp is provided "as is." We make no warranties regarding accuracy, availability, or outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tayp is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
